Rajiv Kumar
Mission Director

Rajiv has rich experience of nearly 16 years in project management with insightful knowledge of various types of renewable power plants including wind farms, solar PV parks and biomass to energy power plants. He has proficient knowledge in providing assistance related to appropriate technology options for rural poor to improve their livelihoods. Rajiv is adroit in collaborating with partners to promote advance sustainable and scalable solutions in financial inclusion and livelihoods in rural/or marginalised communities. He has expertise in managing/directing teams & projects, winning new business working with planning authorities & other regulatory bodies in structuring projects/private finance for renewable energy projects.

He provides training to team members related to renewable energy policy, technology & financial analysis of projects. He also oversees capacity building and skill development programs for knowledge, skills, education, empowerment and rural livelihood transformation. A competent leader with ability to manage operations strategically and bring organisational development, change & efficiently undertake turnaround management.

Ashok Wankhade
COO

Ashok Wankhade is a very well known columnist and a Political Analyst with ABP group which runs ABP News a premier Hindi News Channel from Delhi and ABP Maza a Marathi news channel from Mumbai. He writes columns for various Marathi, Hindi and English News Papers and magazines on Politics, Social Sector, Economics, Food, Films and Music. He is also an Editor of a monthly magazine ‘Urban Update’ published by All India Institute of Local Self Government. He is well read and very well informed on all the social, political and geographical issues.

He started his career as Journalist in Madhya Pradesh with Free Press Journal now known as Free Press, in Indore edition as a trainee journalist in 1983 and then went on to becoming the Business Editor in 1989. He was also chosen as a Chautha Sansar Bureau Chief for Delhi. Mr. Wankhede was executive producer of a Video Magazine Indradhanush. After two years of experience he joined Pritish Nandy for his business program ‘Fiscal Fitness’ the first business program on Zee TV. The multi-faceted, multi-talented, versatile Ashok Bahu produced and directed number of corporate films, ad films and presentation films. He directed a developmental serial Dastak for Doordarshan. He regularly heard on All India Radio as political expert and also as a radio artist for Marathi serials on radio.

Debika Mukherjee
Director Communications

Debika has vast experience in setting up and spearheading exceptional communications and marketing strategies for the organization. She is an excellent communicator with experience in national and international project management & customer relationship management. She holds the distinction of managing the public relations aspect within the organisation in building and sustaining company's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. With proven dexterity in writing and handling all communication with potential funders she helps in identifying new funding opportunities, preparing concept notes and proposals.

She has excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting organizational abilities that helps the organisation in building relationships with innovators, donors, research organisation and government officials. She also has expertise in supporting operations with communications materials for conceptualising and implementing various business strategies. She excels in balancing innovation and creativity whilst ensuring consistency and maximising effectiveness in communication across the organization. She also fosters and maintains strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders to understand and meet their communication requirements and manage their expectations.
